tools needed to complete the job

99-04 rear seat delete install Mikie_11
remove all the carpet inside the trunk

remove the bolts near the rear shocks to remove the seat belts. optional

99-04 rear seat delete install Mikie_13
remove the lower rear seat (2 tabs, no bolts) then with that removed unbolt the upper rear seat from its 2 bolts
take out the saftey harness if you please.

installing the rear seat delete requires only placing the bottom on the bottom and then screwing in 2 screws in the top. i found it easier to use selftapping screws over the ones they provide
